Welcome Back to Groomingtails 2.0

Primarily, we would like to extend our appreciation and gratitude to everyone. Your support and kind words have given us the strength needed to complete our new arrangement. Groomingtails was built on your support and trust over the years and I am so pleased to continue offering a caring and trusted care for your pets. We look forward to this new adventure and the pleasure of seeing all our familiar faces in our new facility.

In our new arrangement, we are pleased to offer a unique and convenient pick up and delivery service daily by appointment. We will be coordinating your pet’s grooming appointment in advance and confirming pick up times to better facilitate your schedule. You will find a new feature within our new site a booking calendar, this will offer convenient access to booking your pet’s appointments ahead. Upon requesting your appointment you will receive an email notice acknowledging your request. Once accepted you will receive a detailed confirmation stating the dates and times. Should you need to re-schedule we would ask that you please provide advance notice at your earliest convenience.

Our services offered are standard breed grooming, maintenance bathes (completed normally in between appointments to keep coats fresh and manageable), hand stripping, senior specific care grooming and puppy 101 sessions.

Please note that Groomingtails will not be accepting new clients at this time. We will keep you advised in this regard.

PREPARING FOR PICK UP:
We would ask that collars and leashes be secured at the time of pick up. Drop off times will be arranged at pick up time to better coordinate with your schedules. Should any changes occur during your day do not hesitate to contact us anytime. We are happy to provide a pouch to hold any personal items, treats or special shampoos your pet may require.

NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS:
   We understand that emergencies and scheduling problems may arise and are willing to work with you.   We would kindly ask that we be notified at least 24 hours advance notice in the event of a cancellation.  This allows time to try to re-book a replacement for your vacated appointment.  After 2 no show appointments, we will ask customers to prepay a non-refundable deposit for future appointments.
