In our new arrangement, we are pleased to offer a unique and convenient pick up and delivery service daily by appointment. We will be coordinating your pet’s grooming appointment in advance and confirming pick up times to better facilitate your schedule. Drop off appointments are available as well with advance arrangements.
You will find a new feature within our new site a booking calendar, this will offer convenient access to booking your pet’s appointments ahead. Upon requesting your appointment you will receive an email acknowledging your request. Once accepted you will receive a detailed confirmation stating the dates and times. Should you need to re-schedule we would ask that you please provide advance notice at your earliest convenience.
We would ask that appointment requests be made well in advance as we are usually booked up to three weeks out at times. Please feel free to book appointments out as far as you need. Presently, the best form of communication is via email or by text we are no longer available directly by phone. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. We have just updated the calendar for 2018. We try to update the calendar twice a week, so we can keep up with availability. We so appreciate any follow ups to confirm you received a confirmation or request to reschedule, as many have noted they have not received confirmations
Should you not see available appointments on the calendar please feel free to email us directly as we do have last minute rescheduling available upon occasion.
*Please note that Groomingtails will not be accepting new clients at this time. Referrals will be taken into consideration based on availability.
NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS:
We understand that emergencies and scheduling problems may arise and as always we are happy to work with you. We would kindly ask that notification be provided at least 24 hours advance notice in the event of a cancellation. This allows appropriate time to schedule a replacement for the vacated appointment. After two no show appointments or lack of notice, we will ask customers to prepay a non-refundable deposit for all future appointments.
